Dani’s Positively Present New Year
I’m not big on New Years Resolutions as such but it’s certainly the topic to blog about at the moment and having read umpteen dozen posts over the past week I’d just like to pass on the one I enjoyed most.
Dani from Positively Present is another inspiring everyday woman who’s blog I frequent often. She has an uncanny knack of knowing exactly what it is I need to hear and so writes about it the very day I drop by her blog. She has a beautiful soft way with words that I just love.
Her post New year, same me: 6 stay the same resolutions I found thoroughly refreshing in that instead of focusing on all the things we want to change in the future it encourages us to celebrate all the wonderful things we’ve achieved in the past and want to hang on to. It made me feel proud of myself and proud of what I achieved in 2009 and so much more enthusiastic moving into 2010 than if I was focusing on what I should change if I want to have a successful year ahead.
Here’s to you Dani, you are a true inspiration and I wish you lots more in 2010 of all the great things you’ve achieved in the past.
