The Boss Movie

I came across a great inspiring video clip today and couldn’t wait to post it. Called The Boss Movie it encourages women to fight for harmony between work and play, family and career. Why can’t we have both? Wouldn’t it be nice if there were no divide between staying home and going back to work. No guilt if you do return, fair recognition if you don’t. There is a way and I have no doubt that women will find it, fight for it and win.
