Baskit…. Men’s underwear sites aah I mean site.

Just found something worth sharing…. Baskit is an on-line men’s underwear store.

I usually like to do some research into quality, pricing, shipping, etc before I recommend but I’ve already spent way too long ”browsing”  and now I’ve forgotten why I went there!
Expect you’ll want to do your own research on this one ladies http://www.baskitwear.com/store/

100 Thanks to Mary at Goodlife Zen

Here’s another one of those amazing finds that makes me wish I had ten thousand followers so I could tell them all about it….

Not sure I can call Mary Jaksch from Goodlife ZEN an everyday woman. Yes, all mum’s are extraordinary of course but we’re not all an authorized Zen Master and phychotherapist, author, professional flautist, MA in Religious studies, 4th Dan Blackbelt in Karate and dance the tango in our spare time.

Planning with Kids Parenting Podcasts….

Podcasts are another one of those technological internet things that I’ve hoped to one day have the time to research and benefit from (hopefully sometime prior to the next 3 or 4 technological internet things enter my vocabulary).

Get What Matters Now for free

Seth Godin is a marketing guru and author who’s words and opinions I totally respect and admire. He has recently released a FREE ebook called What Matter Now which is a compilation of answers to that very question by 70 big thinking fellow internet gurus.

How To Accessorise Your Day In A Positive Way.

Read this article on one of my fave blogs Life, Laughs & Lemmings who’s creator Sami (one of the most inspiring, enthusiastic and warm hearted blogger’s I’ve come across) is off lapping up the sun and sand in Hawaii though typically she still manages to keep us truly inspired with super guest articles like this one. Great (not) work Sami!

45 + 5 Life Lessons

I just love this list. I can truly relate to so many of them. Makes me feel, well almost normal somehow and inspires me on so many levels. Regina Brett is a remarkable coumnist, speaker and everyday woman. Amazingly insightful and inspirational, Regina wrote 45 Life Lessons when she turned 45 in 2001 and added 5 more when she turned 50. Try to find time to sit and think about each one as you read….

Self Esteem…. don’t over complicate it.

Google ’self esteem’ and you’ll find literally millions of books, articles, cd’s, dvd’s, seminars and workshops. Its hard to know where to start, what to trust, what’s right for you. But really, it doesn’t need to be that complicated. For most of us it’s just a matter of making a few changes to the way we think.

The Four Major Guilt Groups.

Just read a great post from one of my fave sites. Buttoned Up is “dedicated to helping you get organised” and is packed full of tips and hints and inspiration for everyday women. Today they reminded me that guilt is a very common and normal emotion for mothers, especially working mothers… “Mother guilt will always exist whether we put it on ourselves or not. Our goal isn’t to eradicate it but to manage it better”.

What do you feed your heart?

What do you feed your heart? Do you feed it good or bad, positive or negative, happy or sad. Do you allow life to feed you whatever the heck it wants or do you make damn sure you’re in control of exactly what feeds your heart, mind and soul? Are you even aware that you have a choice?

A Massage a Month.

Today I had a massage.
It was soooooo nice.
Deeply relaxing.
Infinitely blissful.
Harmoniously carefree.
Just for one hour.
One whole hour.
Who cares how much it cost.
It was worth it.
I’m going to have a massage every month.
I deserve it.
Full stop.

PS You deserve it too. Full stop.
